Q: How do you work with leaders like me?

We work with you on short-term projects on a fee basis, and long-term projects on a retainer basis. Our fees are based on our results-oriented laser focus on your issues, and the value we add through delivering powerful change and envisioned results. We strive not just to satisfy the agreed-upon scope of work, but also to uncover your true needs and previously hidden opportunities to achieve your desired goals at an accelerated pace.
By establishing clear expectations for an agreed-upon result at the outset, we not only protect the integrity of your project, but we also save you money. How? There are no unplanned costs associated with either of us requesting additional information, further review, additional meetings, or more elaboration. We’re very happy to refer you to other leaders who can attest to our budget consciousness.

Q: What made you decide to start up Fresh Tracks, Inc.?
A: I founded Fresh Tracks on the premise that a shifting marketplace doesn’t need process speak from career HR types, nor reports written by career academics or career consultants that sit on a credenza and collect dust. Instead, trailblazing leaders need clear, pragmatic, real world business advice from consultants and coaches with proven hands-on leadership experience. Clients seek our advice because we’ve personally faced the difficult challenges of running innovative businesses, and we have the proven success of overcoming enormous obstacles to deliver amazing innovation especially during unsettled times!
Q: How did you come to choose the name Fresh Tracks?
A: Our name, Fresh Tracks, captures the essence of our company philosophy. The term “fresh tracks” signifies the moment when one ventures forth into untouched territory and begins to leave a clear mark for others to follow.
Q: What kind of animal track is that on your logo?
A: We chose an eagle track as our trademark because eagles know how to SOAR with grace and precision when the uncontrollable winds of change are all around them. When eagles fly they see the full landscape, the smallest movement, and even what lies “beyond the visible”.
